1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Registration Eligibility

Bull88 account registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 21 or above at the time of registration
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where online betting services are not restricted
• Has never had an account terminated by Bull88 previously for breach of terms
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not currently under a self-activated self-exclusion period

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your Bull88 account password confidential. Bull88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify Bull88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bull88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly when withdrawal amounts exceed certain limits or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays.

3.3 Account Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Bull88 customer support at support@bull88.online. For closed accounts, any valid real-money balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 business days, once all outstanding rollover requirements have been met.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Standard maximum withdrawal: RM 30,000 per day (adjustable for VIP members)

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus once only, unless otherwise stated

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Betting against yourself or between linked accounts to fulfill rollover requirements is prohibited

6.2 Welcome Bonus

Any attempt to claim this bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

7 General Betting Rules

8 Live Casino & Online Games

8.1 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during a Live Casino session, the following actions will be taken:

9.2 Disciplinary Action

13 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
